At&t smart home manager app not working

The app continuously says my network is offline ; even tho i can use it. I have talked with 3 different people. As well as they sent someone to my house; trying to blame my modem. Obviously it is the app. Does anyone else have this problem? Anyone have it figured out and working again? This has been going on about 3 weeks.

Does this continue to happen after resetting your gateway? This can reset any settings that may be causing the connection error. When the tech came did they replace your gateway?
