BGW320 Blinking Red Light

Forgive me, as I do not know any tech words but my BGW320 Wifi is not working, whenever I connect I get the exclamation mark on my wifi saying "No Internet Connection".

the LED light is blinking red slowly, and I have checked all the cables and they are all plugged in properly.

How do I fix this?

Call 800.288.2020 to schedule a tech appointment….

You have no fiber light being detected which could be inside or outside issue. The tech will be able to determine issue and take the necessary steps for resolution.

What ended up happening? I’m having the same issue.

@satyuburge   You've now dredged up four old posts to say the exact same thing. Please stop as there's no need for you to hope someone responds as all of these posts have exactly what you need to do.  Call 800-288-2020.

Already did—already have an appointment for a tech to come out, but the earliest I could get was four days from now. I can’t just take my laptop and work from somewhere else, because my printing equipment is here and I have large orders for events happening this week. (We have terrible cell service, so a hotspot isn’t an option.) I’m fairly tech-savvy, so I’m hoping someone could tell me what was done to remedy their issue, so I can try to get it up and running myself. My apologies for attempting to be proactive.

No problem, sorry to hear you're so far out for the tech visit.  You've probably done the Hail Mary stuff and are down to just the most common causes, all of which are outside of your control and thus require a tech visit.

The same thing has been happening for me and I’ve only had the router for about 2 months, no recent storms  besides for a month ago and it stopped working today. There are no current outages and I would like to know if theirs any way for me to fix it before calling a technician.
