buffering issues while watching Netflix, Vudu, Amazon prime, and Hulu

I currently have ATT 100MB plan, which they upgraded to 125MB cause they said my lines can handle it without having fiber to the home.  I currently have fiber to the hub and 2 pairs of copper from hub to house.  I have never seen 125 nor 100 for that matter.  I am somewhere between 60-80mbs when running speed test.  I am becoming more and more irritated about the amount of times I am having to buffer movies when I have decent bandwidth.  I have seen this buffering issues on multiple devices on multiple apps.  Devices are all hard wired on GB network.  I have already restarted devices, ATT GW, and switches which has not resolved the problem.  A good example that really put the nail in the coffin was last night my wife and I were watching the "Haunting on Hill House" via the Netflix app build into my LG C8 TV.  The stream was 4k with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos sound.  I had the show stop/buffer over 10x, sometimes it just went to cant play the show, other times it buffered to 25% and just stopped forcing me to have to stop the show and start it again.  I have seen this same issue more times that I want to count on the Vudu application.  I have a Asus router that more or less just provides WIFI, but has tools for monitoring.  I have monitored traffic to the LG TV and when we go into a buffer situation you can see the traffic to the device just stop and if you stop the show and start it again you'll get a quick boost up to 70mb then it will start to fluctuate as expected while streaming.  The GW I have is a BGW210.  It appears that I do not have Fiber to the house available to me yet.  It very frustrating to see competitors like Spectrum offering 200MB as its slowest speed while I struggle to get what I am paying for that is half as fast.  I am all ears to any suggestions.

Did you find I fix for this. Im having the exact same issue with my C8 on the netflix app. I have Spectrum internet at ~90 mbps.

weird i have 6meg at my house and even when 3 different devices streaming at the same time i rarely have buffering, i have had shows load to 25% and stop though

I have this issue too and I have fiber. Verified my connection is very fast but the buffering never ends on NetFlix. It’s so disappointing. I was assured this would all be fixed as soon as I purchased the fiber service. It’s gotten worse.
