i keep getting "virus scan failed" when I try to download anything. I was old to uninstall Mcafee security suite and then reinstall. did not work. told to try to install cleaner, but it would not download. i had recently read a community post saying that they encountered the same issue and found out that the web advisor offered to att users thru Mcafee was corrupt or had a virus and the only they got it fixed was to allow someone from mcafee to access their computer to clean it. Has anyone had this problem as well?
