hotspot mobile broadband disconnected

My netgear hotspot has stopped connecting to the internet for several days, it displays the message "mobile broadband disconnected". In the wifi manager it shows the hotspot isn't connected to internet but I can still connect to the hotspot from other devices. I have power cycled and factory reset with no change. Please help.

We encourage you to visit our Device support page to get personalized Netgear support to reach a resolution with connecting to internet service. 

  • Did you get your device through an authorized AT&T retailer? This will help us to determine if your device is compatible with our network.

In addition, here are a few more helpful steps to connect to our network.

  • You will then select troubleshooting at the bottom of the page, and click on limited to no connectivity. The signal strength is displayed on the device home screen. When connected to a network the LTE signal will be displayed.
  • A good way to manage your connected device is to go to your device's web browser go to http://attwifimanager. Enter your Username and Password, then click SIGN IN
