How do I get AT&T network data on my Amazon Echo Show

I just saw a screen on my Echo Show that Listed Devices and showed technical data about my Internet and routers. I don't know where it came from or how to get it back. It looked really useful. I clicked the "x" in the upper right corner and it disappeared without a clue as to where it came from.

This is not a wireless question, moving to internet

An echo show connects to your home internet service via a Wi-Fi connection.

Hello @acypher,

We hear you, and would like to provide you all the details you're looking for.

Set up Alexa devices to use NumberSync
Use your wireless number and a compatible Alexa device to make and receive calls.

Start making and receiving calls with Alexa

Make sure you have these items to use AT&T NumberSync® to sync Alexa with your smartphone:
  • Alexa device and the Alexa app. (Don’t have the app? Download it from your device app store.)
  • AT&T user ID and password linked to your wireless number (AT&T PREPAIDSM isn’t eligible.)
Set up Alexa
  1. Open the Alexa app. (Be sure to download the latest version if you haven’t already done so.)
  2. Select the More icon and then Settings.
  3. Choose Communications, then AT&T.
  4. Select SIGN IN.
  5. Enter your AT&T ID and password on the myAT&T screen, then select Sign in.
  6. Follow the prompts to link your wireless number to NumberSync so you can make and receive calls with your Alexa device.
Good to know: After you see AT&T account is linked in the Alexa app, try a voice command to make sure Alexa is working. For example, you can say Alexa, call mom.

If Alexa can’t connect:

  • Make sure your Alexa device is close to your Wi-Fi® router and has a good connection.
  • Reset your Wi-Fi router and try to reconnect your Alexa device.
  • Disconnect some devices from your wireless router.

Please let us know if this helps so we can assist further if needed!

Sorry, that's not my question.

I don't want to use Alexa for calls.

I'm talking about a screen which already appeared on my Show, and I don't know how it got there or how I can get it again.

It looks really useful -- it has details about my AT&T fiber internet connection.

Thanks,

-Allen
