how do I put a Specific Remote Port in the Firewall setting of the NV589?

I have a large problem with my router. My PCs can open any webpage they want on Browsers, but any other program (like an anti-virus program trying to update, or a game launcher) cannot send information to the internet to get anything back. I am currently trying to put in "7198" as a "TCP" what is usually under Windows "Specific Remote Ports," but for months I have failed on each attempt I have taken. Any idea on how to translate multiple Specific Remote Port into Global Port Ranges & Base Host Ports? That would be Very  informative.
