We're here to help with getting the ACP benefit applied to your account, @Karri2000.
If you're already been approved to receive the ACP benefit by the federal government, then the easiest way to get it applied to your account is to fill out our online application. Once it's filled out, please allow a bit of time to pass for us to confirm your eligibility, and then you'll be set!
Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns, and thanks for reaching out on the AT&T Community Forums!

New sign ups will terminate 7 February 2024 and funds will be depleted April 2024 unless the program is renewed.

@Fionaaaa FYI:
Without additional funding from Congress, the allotted $14.2b allotted to fund the ACP is projected to run out in April 2024 (estimated date). As a result, the FCC has begun to take steps to wind down the ACP. What that means is that:
This affects all carriers/providers who participate so it's not specific to AT&T. Write your Congressman if you want it to continue.

Complain to your Congressman. But don't be surprised if nothing happens.
