I'm paying for "Fast", "Fiber Optic" internet, and can't even load webpages.

I am currently paying for UVerse, 45Mbps, Fiber Optic internet.

I can't load Facebook, check email, play video games, watch Youtubes, etc..

Below are some diagnostic printouts:

Whomever this is "2602:300:c533:1510::5" needs serious fixing. Now.

@vulpineblaze Try disabling IPv6, can cause browsing problems and also rebooting on Arris/Moto RGs. 😉

Thanks for the reply Chris. It's pervasive slowness though, not just browsing, which leads me to believe that taking a step back technologically is not a good solution. I routinely have speedtests that are similar to the screenshot below, and when I am trying to make a living using my internet connection, this can really make me want to change carriers.

I have rebooted my Arris RG numerous times, with no relief given.

Will tagging @ATTU-verseCare help me resolve this issue permanently?

HI @vulpineblaze,

I am so sorry about the issues you are having with your U-verse services, but I will be glad to help. It may be worth disabling the IPv6, just for testing purposes, because even at a 12Mbps connection, you should have no issues web browsing.

Also, I will be sending you a private message to gather more information, and look further into your line.

Thank you,

David T
