Internet disconnecting every 2-3 minutes but everything is working?
so I got uverse installed yesterday, and the internet was working fine up until this evening. My computer is connected to the network, and the network is connected to the internet, but whenever I try to play online games or have a skype call, they get disconnected at least every 5 minutes. During these times when the internet doesnt seem to be working on my computer (even though it says everything is connected and theres no issue) I also cant get safari pages to load on my phone (which is connected to the internet as well), so its not my laptop thats the issue, plus the internet is tempermental on my other computer...

This has been going on with me for a year now, when uverse was installed. I've had technicians out a dozen times and they can't seem to fix it. Just had a computer tech out tonight to make sure it wasn't my computer. Of course he had to say why does your internet constantly go up and down? I am going to contact the FCC and see if they can help me resolve this. Why am I paying for something I struggle to get to work daily?
