Internet says registration is required

I haven't had wifi in two weeks, ATT website said we needed to take immediate attention so I paid the bill, it had to be done anyway... even after paying I get the same message and even put a credit on the account to see if that would turn my wifi back on and we still don't I like the speeds and whatnot but it's not working and it's stopping me from doing things I need to do.

Have you attempted to register your internet vis our Smart Home Manager App? To get start you sill need to download our Smart Home Manager app then follow this interactive guide on registering your internet.

Same issue, keeps asking me to register when I join ATT Wifi Network and never is complete. Never shows the Done button only cancel, even after ATT says "Youre all set". Very Frustrating. Please help

Having this exact issue after moving service to a new house. AT&T are clueless how to resolve it.

If anyone is still having an issue, please start a fresh thread instead of digging up one from 2022.

And be clear if your issue is with INTERNET (connection to the home), or just WiFi (connection from the wireless router to your devices), as those are not the same thing.
