Need help

My at&t prepaid wifi device is telling me to sign into network after I made a payment for more data what do I do? Please help!

Let's take a look at this

 

We have a couple of questions for you... 

  • Have you tried any other devices? If so, what is the result? 
  • Is the phone saying it's connected but doesn't have internet? 
  • Do you notice this more in a particular room or area of the house? 

You have mentioned that you reset your phone, you might also attempt to reset your router as well.

It's a at&t Hotspot turbo prepaid bevice it ran out of data so I made a payment for more data & the device is telling me to sign into network when I click on that it tells me there is no data

When I called customer support they told me I needed a 4 digit code they never gave me one at Walmart where I purchased it
