The passwords to streaming services (Netflix/Hulu/Disney+) have nothing to do with you AT&T equipment.
Once your new gateway is up & running, your streaming device (TV/Roku/Firestick) will have to discover the new gateway and you will need the GATEWAY password so the device can access the gateway.

No, Your passwords are on the box used to connect to those services (e.g., TV or Set Top Box).
