No Service Light On And Both Broadband 1 & 2 Blinking Red

For Two Days We've Had The Same Problem, No Internet Or Cable. Three Days Ago There Was A Power Outage And I Thought That Had Something To Do With It. But I Checked To See If There Was An Outage On AT&T Part And It Said There Were No Outages For AT&T. We Called And They Sent A Gateway Replacement And The Same Thing Is Happening. No Service Light At All And Both Broadband Lights Flashing Red.
