Outage since 5/17/24

I spoke with a rep regarding this issue on 5/18/24 and confirmed that there was an outage present that was estimated to last 5/20 5AM EDT.

I didn't mind having no internet over the weekend but if this continues, it'll affect my household as we still have students.

Even getting 3 bars of 4G LTE inside the house is a lucky break.

Same thing in my area. We've had an outage since 5/15 as well. Everyday when I log into my account for an update on the outage, it says it should be fixed on that day by a certain time. But it doesn't get fixed and the site just updates the day it says it will be fixed to correspond with that day. I logged in Wednesday and it says it will be fixed by Wednesday. I logged in Thursday and it says it will be fixed by Thursday. Etc. It's super frustrating after so many days.

Thanks for reaching us @MikeAcree.

It’s frustrating when service disruptions persist longer than expected. Let's get the info you require.

Please note, our team do not have time frames for when an outage will be resolved.  However, we will work as quickly as possible to resolve it.

In the meantime, we recommend that you use our Troubleshoot & resolved tool, where you can sign in for faster troubleshooting, diagnostics and get the real time updates on issues in your area.

We appreciate your patience. If you have any other questions, please fel free to write back to us.

Thank you.
David, AT&T Community Specialist.

I'm in Florida, we have had an outage since May 20 and gone back to getting zero updates on the app. No internet for 3 weeks, and the company is nearly useless with the zero updates. Getting really tired of empty apologies and hollow dates "you'll be back online by 6/6 at 6pm." Here we are at 6/10, and that's about the 4th time frame that's failed.
