Redeem Reward

I'm attempting to redeem the reward gift card but it's asking me to upload a bill from a previous internet provider in order to submit. I didn't have internet within the last 6 months prior to AT&T, it was provided by my apartment complex. I was never told that I would be required to upload a bill in order to redeem. Am I still able to access this reward or is it a total wash?

We understand that you're looking to redeem your reward card, and let's get the help you need. 

 

We’ll reimburse your cancellation or early termination fee from your previous provider. We’ll send you a reward notification by email, and it will include a claim number and instructions. Complete the claim form within 75 days, and we’ll send you the reward as an AT&T Visa reward card. 

Since you did not have the internet service in the past with any of the provider. We recommend that you call our Reward Center directly at 800-288-9983 and let them know that you are unable to redeem the reward as it is asking to upload a bill from a previous internet provider. They're available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CT). They can also determine if you'll be able to claim the reward another way.
