Smart home manager no longer shows my devices or profiles

My smart home manager app has not been showing my devices or profiles for a few months now. I've called customer service twice and no one can help me. They think it may be related to the ATT box in my garage having a yellow data light on but no one is able to help me. I've deleted the app and reinstalled and reset my gateway a million times.

If Att has spotted an issue with your service at the ONT, what are they doing about it?   The forum can’t fix those types of issues.
