Static IP service availability in residential appartment
Dear ATT,
I am writing networking software and would find it very convenient to have a static IP availible in my appartment for testing purposes. I like in Gainesville, FL just outside UF. What is your availibility and price for a static IP with roughly 5-6 Mbps internet in the residential Gainesville area?
p.s. If I could run my personal webpage out of a home server that would be nice too.

You can rent a /29 block (5 usable addresses) for a monthly fee. But posting a message on the customer message board isn't going to make that happen.
