Unable to Connect to Verizon Wireless web site

The error I get is page unavailable. When I ping www.verizonwireless.com the packets are sent but no packets returned. The first time a tech was sent put he replaced the wireless modem but still have the same problem. Verizon tech support, myself & AT&T were on a conference call  & the AT&t tech scheduled another visit for a technician. The next time a tech was scheduled he called & said none of the techs have any knowledge to go beyond replacing the modem. He said AT&T are not blocking the IP address & it must be Verizon. If I access verizonwireless from my phone using cell data I can get to the page. But it doen't work with wifi. I am very frustrtated with AT&T & all the stories I have been told by their personnel.

I clicked your link and immediately got to the verizon wireless homepage.  I pinged it and got nothing but request timed out.  Sounds like verizon's servers don't want to respond to pings.

Admittedly I'm on Google DNS in my lapatop and that might have made a difference. 😉

I just clicked on the Verizon link that you posted and it came right up.

I'm not using Google DNS Smiley Wink

Same problem. Until recently I had 2 ISPs in the house. The other had no problem, it's only with Att. It seems pretty obvious Att is blocking their biggest competitors page which sucks because I have verizon wireless. I literally have to turn on hotspot on my phone then use my laptop just to pay my phone bill. #shady

Exact same problem I'm having - can't connect to verizonwireless.com from at&t network. Used to have cox internet and it worked fine. After switching to at&t internet service, I'm unable to get to Verizon to pay my cell phone bill. Called Verizon and spent over an hour working with the tech and couldn't find any problems. Spent over three hours and four different at&t techs and they couldn't resolve it either. I can go to any other website;  youtube, Verizon.com, google, wherever, but not verizonwireless.com. The only way I can connect to the site is to disable my Wi-Fi on my phone so I'm using the Verizon network and then I can connect and pay my bill. The last at&t tech wanted to give me another phone number to call another tech - I told him I'm finished wasting my time on this. I think AT&T corporate is blocking the Verizon website and there's nothing that's going to fix the problem until AT&T decides to fix it.

I got the same situation here. I visit this site: check a phone number https://www.checkpeople.com/reverse-phone-lookup and it  showing error not not found with number on it. What does it mean? any feedback?
