Unable to reach the myAT&T portal

Hello, I am currently unable to open the myAT&T portal when browsing from an AT&T internet circuit, but if I switch to a different network from a different ISP, it works without issue. Could it be possible that my IP is being blocked by AT&T? Is there a team at AT&T that can actually help with issues with the myAT&T portal? I have tried reaching to the AT&T support team, but they always say "there is no issue with your internet" which I already know, it is just this specific page, through this specific circuit. And yes, I already tried different browsers, different computers, clear cache and cookies, etc. It only happens with the AT&T portal.

We are here to help you access your myAT&T account, @christian_henrriquez.

We understand how important it is to access your myAT&T account.

Here are some troubleshooting tips to help you fix the issue.

Restart your device if the app is not working:

Open the myAT&T app after restarting your device.
Re-enter your user ID and password to sign in. Be sure to delete any IDs you’ve saved first.

Reinstall the app if restarting doesn’t help

Delete the myAT&T app from your smartphone or tablet.
Choose how you want to download the latest myAT&T app:
Go to att.com/myattapp on your smartphone or tablet.
Text myATT to 556699 from your wireless device. We'll send you a link so you can download the app.
Install the app, then open it and sign in.

Make sure you’re using the latest app version on your device. To learn more about your OS, go to Device Support.

If you are trying to access your myAT&T account on a browser, clear your cache and cookies before logging in. While cookies help make your internet surfing experience a little better and quicker, sometimes they can bog things down. You can refresh your browser by clearing the browsing data, which includes your cookies, cache, and history.
