Traditionally, a URL is a string of characters leading to a webpage somewhere on the internet. Common examples of URLs are www.att.com and www.google.com. Therefore, a URL would not be tied to a particular piece of equipment, such as your hot spot.
It's possible what you are looking for is your IP address, which can be easily found by searching "What is my IP?" at www.google.com.

Hi! I have access from AT&T and I need my URL IN ORDER TO ADD IT TO MY CHIME / BOOST CARD IN ORDER TO PAY MY BILL TO INCREASE MY CREDIT SCORE. Can you please tell me where I can find my URL for access for AT&T please? and
