Using HTTP POST to Send Notifications via SMS

Hello.
I want to use PowerPanel Business software to send Event Notifications from my CyberPower Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) to my iPhone. AT&T is the service provider for my iPhone and xfinity is the service provider for the network my UPS is connected to. I have not been successful setting up Short Message Service (SMS) in Notification Channels. I would GREATLY appreciate someone telling me what I did wrong in the following settings and/or if I am missing something elsewhere:

ENABLED:
<checked>
PROVIDER:
using HTTP POST
URL:
http://send-sms-txt.att.net/sms
POST BODY:
user=<my username>&password=<my password>&to=[email scrubbed]&text=UPS_CRITICAL_EVENT

Your help is GREATLY appreciated!

Hello @Michael_D_Rader,

Thank you for reaching out to us! We hear you and glad to help.

Your device phone should already be set up to receive SMS text messages.

In order to sign up to receive SMS notifications from any third-party companies that use short codes, you will only need to follow the steps that they've provided for you. Are you experiencing any issues with receiving short code SMS text messages?

 Please let us know.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

Hi Irene

The short code CyberPower provided isn't working (please see original post).

Does AT&T have special short code?

Merry Christmas :)
