Uverse freezes on live tv and on demand, internet speed as low as 1mbps.

I have reset gateway, dvr, tried a different router, and everything else on the troubleshooting menu about two dozen times, and usually after I call to report the issue it goes away.

I believe my internet is being throttled.  I am paying for the 24mbps "turbo", but lately it is turtle instead.  When I call they tell me they will send a tech out, and that if the tech finds that it is an equipment issue, they will charge me.

I work on call 24/7/365 and do not have a set schedule, therefore scheduling an appointment is ridiculous.

My neighbor just went with Charter and has 60mbps flawlessly and as many channels as I have with home phone, without a contract, for less than I am paying for Uverse, that only works about 40% of the time and never flawlessly.

Att needs to get it together or I'm done.

It is not my tv or my equipment, because I ran my stuff off of neighbors service while he was watching tv and his kids were playing xbox live and it was completely seamless.

@Anonymous You want it fixed, but admittedly can't schedule an appointment to fix it, you're between a rock and a hard place w/Uverse.

If it's a Uverse equipment problem, they will not charge you anything, or for something from the house connection to the VRAD.  But if it's a wiring problem in the house, you may be charged to fix that, unless the initial install was not correct.  Good luck 😉
