Website Blocked

Every minute, literally, I am getting a message on my Smart Home Manager App on my smartphone of 'Website Blocked     We've blocked an unsecure (sic) URL and your device is secure". How do I determine the URL causing this issue?

We're here to help address your blocked website concerns, @MBoro_Dan.

Generally speaking, the Smart Home Manager app is used to block devices, not websites, however the internet service we provide does automatically block websites that we detect to be malicious. There isn't a way to know what website that is though unless you yourself have manually entered it in.

If you think the website is being blocked in error though, you should be able to click Allow Access when the notification pops up to access the site.

Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns, and we'll be happy to help however possible.

I can’t expect random customers across the US to go through these steps. How do I get this website removed from a blacklist or whitelisted so ATT users are not receiving this from my website?

I am getting the same thing to the same IP address over and over, how can I find out which device on my network is sending the request and what is the request for?  See the attached Smart Home Manager app screenshots

of the message queue and the expanded view of one of the messages and they are all the same, help?  I have my AT&T modem set a s a gateway to my Orbi mesh system which is named RBR750.

I am getting the same message even though no device is surfing the web. It’s annoying some times as it pup up every 2 minutes. And the bad thing is it did not tell you which device is trying to access the unsecured website

I solved this for my situation, it turned out to be an old Iomega iX2 NAS network drive I have, it has an external cloud feature that I don't use but it was turned on, when I turned that cloud feature off the messages stopped.  I discovered it was that device by using the AT&T Smart Home Manager App and going in and pausing every connected device individually until the messages stopped when I paused that device, it was my NAS drive.

This is happening to me too. I got a notification "website blocked" due to fraud risk (infringementseason dot com as well as shopzelanow dot com), which was coming from "Google Device". When I used the AT&T Smart Home App to block the offending device, my housemate's MacBook as well as Chromecast both stopped being able to access the internet. So weird. Can AT&T tell me any specifics about the "Google Device"?

@CA_Candidate_blocked  this is not an official channel to contact AT&T.  This is primarily a forum for AT&T customers to assist other AT&T Customers, and sometimes AT&T employees provide assistance.  The only response from AT&T that you can expect from your comment is reply inline here for you to use the "Contact Us" page (available at the link with that name at the bottom of this page).
