Why are my ports still closed despite port forwarding?

I followed the instructions on the port forwarding help page for the BGW210 (https://www.att.com/support/article/u-verse-high-speed-internet/KM1215101). When I check with online port checkers all of them say my ports are closed. I know I did everything correctly as stated in the instructions and I also tested with my application and none of my friends are able to join the game server that utilizes those ports. Would be much appreciated if someone could assist me.

Have you verified whether TCP, UDP or both are needed?

Please provide screenshots of the Port Forwarding screens so we can see how you've set them up.

May I assume you have only the Gateway and no additional router?

Have you disabled any Firewall (e.g. Windows Firewall) on the Game Server that may also be blocking the ports?

When you do the port scans, I assume you have the server application running?

@JefferMC
Yes TCP and UDP are both needed and I have opened both.

I'm not sure what you mean by additional router. I'm not a big tech guy. But I have 1 router that is connected this this white box on the wall with the AT&T logo.
Yes I have disabled all firewalls. Windows firewall is set to allow these ports to pass through and I have no anti-virus software.
I scanned the ports both with the server on and off. Neither of them showed me that the ports were open.

Unless the server software is running, a port scanner will not find the ports open, as nothing will respond to the request to talk on the ports.  Also, port scans are only reliable for TCP ports.  What you've done looks good assuming that the game server software is on "GveshsPC" and that you've covered all the ports you need to.
