Why is att internet so bad

Bro I can't do anything without it messing up. 

1. It will randomly go out and my phone will say connected but no Internet if I'm on my phone and my game at the same time

2. When I try to play Roblox from my room I'll get disconnected a few mins later. I literally have to play it in the same room as the router. My room isn't even 20 feet away and it gives me low connection strength. 

3. Literally every video I watch takes forever to load on my phone

4. My fire stick takes forever to load too

If you looking for Internet then att is not the one to pick smh. They have all these commercials talking Abt how they are the best but can't even fix their stuff 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️
