Why isn?t my internet working

Red light on . Will not connect

You should first check if all cables are securely plugged in and there are no visible damages. And try power cycling your modem/router by unplugging it from the power source, waiting for about 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. If the red light persists, it could indicate a problem with your internet service or equipment.
