Wifi connected but no internet for one device

I am using Fiber and setup with a passthrough and using a WiFi 6 router. I have dozens of devices connected but my laptop doesn't seem to be able to connect. It connected just fine before I switched over to the WiFi 6 router. I've tried power cycling the router and modem as well as resetting each and changing the DNS server, changing the wifi name after reset, uninstalling drivers, and running the windows troubleshooter. The laptop has no issues connecting with any other wifi.

Let's get your laptop connected, @dragonrl

Thanks for your diligent troubleshooting. That'll save us a lot of time.

Have you tried connecting your laptop directly to the network with an ethernet cable? This will help us determine the root cause. Could you also clarify if you're able to see and connect to the network (Connected no internet) or if you're unable to see the network at all?

One more option would be to factory reset your gateway. We recommend this as a last resort because it will clear all your custom settings. This may help if some settings are interfering with your laptop's connection.

Heads up: Be sure to jot down your custom settings, like your static IP address if you have one, or your Wi-Fi® network name (SSID). You can then change them back after the factory reset.

  1. Press and hold the gateway Reset button for at least 10 seconds. If you let go before 10 seconds, the gateway will reboot, but it won’t reset.
  2. Wait until the gateway restarts and all the status lights are lit.
  3. See if the Broadband or Service status lights are solid green. If so, the reset worked.

Please let us know if this helps!

I forgot to mention that I did connect via lan cable and was able to get on just fine, it seems to be isolated to the wifi. I will try the factor reset and let you know if that resolves the issue or not.

Perfect! We’re glad that you were able to get it connected when using the LAN cable @dragonrl.

Please reach back out after you've tried the factory reset and let us know if you were able to get it connected when using Wi-Fi instead.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Same thing. All devices connected with internet access. I have one, my TV that is "connected, no internet"

Hard reset - not fixed

Factory reset - not fixed

Changed SSID - not fixed

Tried Guest Network - not fixed

This device worked fine for the last month connected to my Air Hub, but now it won't work. I have a roku on same TV that works just fine, location is within spitting distance from the router.

Brutal!
