It is, sort of. ATT gateways typically support both 5 and 2.4ghz networks.

Outdoor camera that requires 2.47G would not accept Wifi because the company said that product does not support 5G networks.

Many IOT devices like cameras, thermostats etc need 2.4ghz. So you need to put it on a 2.4ghz network. For most ATT gateways, this is available on the "guest" Network. Which ATT gateway do you have (model number)

There are a number of posts in this forum explaining how to do this. Or you can go online and get instructions from the att web site, or even I suspect use chatgpt.

When you ask this or this kind of question, the answer yes in context means both.
Also that would be 2.4GHz not 2.47GHz.
