Ethernet or broadband lite?  Ethernet lite should only do anything if something is hooked up by ethernet.  Will blink w/incoming and outgoing data.

If it does happen to be the broadband lite, you are losing signal causing the interruptions.  Call 1-800-288-2020 to have them check your line. 😉

Hi @thisizsilly 

Sorry to hear that your Internet service is not working properly but, we'll be glad to help you. Have you tried performing a power cycle to the gateway? Doing so will refresh the network and may help with this issue. To do a power cycle, unplug the power cord out of the gateway for 15 seconds and then replug it back in. Let us know if this doesn't help and we'll be glad to find another solution for you. 🙂
