Yo, My grandmother has Internet / Tv / Phone package, but the internet is DOO-DOO! help....?!

Don't know the details of her plan but oh my lord, cant even watch youtube videos without pausing to load them.

Trying to use CS:GO or PUBG or other applications which require real-time input... NO-GO

Is there a way to upgrade the Internet package in this deal>?

Willing to pay the difference if you guys can actually promise some decent speeds... also need ethernet in the far end of the home, would rather not run a cord along the hall as GMA is 90 years old and can trip.

The reason I'm Posting here is because I live with her, and she Is deaf and cannot hear the phone so therefore cannot call into cust service.

Can you guys install ethernet ports into the rooms please? WIFI is trash for consistency as it tends to rubberband a lot.

Let me know if there's something better we can get. (pretty sure she just took whatever the sales reps offered her cos  , you know, shes 90 )

help.

yo, I also head that Sonic.net is like, the business around Sonoma county, CA. as they are based here.

Price-to-speed, how does ATT compare , package wise, cos Im not against the idea of just cancelling the internet service and going to someone whos based locally, especially if I can get a better deal.

So can I Please get some facts thrown down below to help my make up my mind? If I don't get some sort of reply or help soon, Ill just tell her to cancel it and call up sonic.

To see what services she currently has (short of waiting for a paper bill to arrive), go to channel 9910 Account Manager.  There you can see which TV package she has and what internet tier she is on.

Bear in mind that TV and internet share bandwidth.  If she has HD, those channels use even more.  If she is on a slower internet tier, that can be a problem.
