You're service is absolute trash

Okay not only am I paying your bill on time, I'm getting absolutely no service. It's hilarious that I have an at&t serviced iPhone that can't even load a simple YouTube video that can't be loaded without my wifi at home (which is also att) but now your sad excuse of home wifi isn't working. Tell me why the am I paying you guys for no service and it's the 20th of February but for some reason I'm not going to get a "professional technician" coming in till the 24th of February. Great I'm left with no internet for a whole business week, oh but guess what I'm still going to be paying for your sorry excuse of a service 25% of the month. It's so funny too because I'm pretty sure when that "professional technician" does come I have a feeling that he isn't going to resolve anything. I work off my internet at home for my career and now I'm left paying for something that doesn't exist. It's funny how you get upset about cancelling an account when you guys can't resolve anything,it's such a waste of time on both of us. I tried restarting my router many times but broadband one and two still blinking I love how you guys blame it on some construction going on when I drive through my city everyday and there isn't anything going on, why would there be any construction going on st 1 am in the morning.

Absolute TRASH. Every 5 steps in ANY DIRECTION sends my service FLYING. Dropped calls left and right. Glitching every sentence said. Have to find a spot to place my phone and LEAVE IT THERE, BUT only for several moments before reverting back to no service WITH 4 BARS OF FULL SERVICE AND 5G AVAILABLE. Absolutely WILD how cell phones have been out almost as long as the internet itself and your company invests absolutely NOTHING into improving service and consistancy on just VOICE CALLS. Forcing my bill from the stated 75 a month into double each month somehow on charges that make no sense what so ever no matter how many words you use to explain why I'm being charged DOUBLE WHAT I SIGNED FOR AND IT CANT EVEN KEEP UP AT THE RATE IT SHOULD EASILY BE ABLE TO?! Nobody to call or talk to about getting help on this subject and to make it worse it happens the MOST when calling someone with a different service like your company expects this to make more people want to join ATT or something? Go back to your core roots and fix the garbage you felt was pristine enough to never focus on again. I'm leaving this service for good asap. Your store salesmen degraded me into buying this trash anyway. Lucky i never cared enough to remember their names.
