Hi there, @WgnbTX66! We're here to help you get those attachments downloaded.

We recommend that you start by making sure the attachment is not part of the body or the subject of the email, and is an actual attachment on the email itself.

If that doesn't help, try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. This can help to refresh your browser and potentially clear out anything that may be preventing your attachments from being downloaded.
  • Try using a different browser. Sometimes, certain browsers can contribute to a number of email troubles, such as what you're experiencing now.
  • Try using a different device. This can help us to determine if the issue is device related, or if it's more widespread.
  • Use our article that covers resolving email issues to discover more troubleshooting options.

In addition to trying the steps above, please let us know if you're receiving any specific error messages. Knowing this can help to narrow down the reason the attachments are not downloading.

Let us know how it goes.

For further assistance we're here to assist you.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community & Forums!

These steps don't work. It needs to be fixed on your end.

I have 2 separate clients both with AT&T Yahoo mail that are unable to download or print attachments. I was able to temporarily resolve by going to settings and switching to yahoo mail basic. Hopefully this will help you until they get the issue resolved.

ATThelp, should you read this, I agree with the posters... it's not a cache or other local problem.  None of the options to Print (clicking P, clicking the printer icon, clicking either ... menu and choosing Print) work.  This happens on my normal browser or on an incognito window.  The Yahoo Mail App Print function (and maybe attachment functions) is broken.
