Hi, I updated my client's email signature on my device but my client says that it is not appearing on her end.

When I try to log into my email account on desktop, i receive a Log out successful message and it returns to the log in page. I've changed password and also tried this on both desktop and laptop and in both Edge and Chrome. Thanks for your help in this matter.
