Blocked email

Brother-in-law sent email to us which was blocked.  A hotel I emailed re: reservation tried to reply to me, and AT&T blocked that email.  Anyone else having issues?

Let's help figure out why those emails are being blocked, @jennyhj!

Do you use a third party email client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc.) as your access method?

If so, it's possible that the server information has been corrupted, which could be causing the emails to be blocked.

You'll want to verify the server settings are correct.

When you visit the article above, be sure to scroll down and find the table with both inbound and outbound server information. You'll need to ensure that the inbound server information is correct.

If you use Currently, try sending yourself a new email from a different email address. If you receive a bounceback message, let us know. This will help us to determine the root cause of those blocked emails.

Let us know if this helps!

No 3rd party involved.

I don't have another email to use.

Strange that brother-in-law email to me was blocked, but his wife's was not.  Shared account just like ours.

Also hotel in Northern Ireland tried replying to my email but was blocked but a 2nd hotel in Northern Ireland was able to reply.

So not resolved.

AT&T locked my email account because I do not use a cell phone.  I have had this account for a couple years and never received notice that my account would be locked if they could not send a security code by text when I logged in.  By law can they be required to forward the information in that account to me or give me the opportunity to access and clean out the account?

All of our domains are being blocked for some reason by ATT. We recently migrated to a new server which gave us new IP's for our domains but it looks like our hostnames are being blocked. A lot of our customer's are @att.net and we can't even communicate with them. I have emailed abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net but haven't had any luck with a response. Can someone please help me? Our sites are challengecoinwarehouse.com, patchwarehouse.com, pinoutlet.com, and several more honestly. Can someone at least direct me in the right direction to get this resolved? Our emails don't bulk email or spam. We only do customer correspondence. Please help!

We have this problem but with a small handful of senders only.  It seems to happen more with emails originating outside the US.  We were traveling in  winter and spring and had two occasions where we were trying to communicate via email with businesses in non-US countries.  Their emails never arrived.  They were not in spam, they were just blocked from reaching us at all.  The same thing happened with email notifications from Cruise Critic, which I had requested, and received faithfully for about a year, until they stopped last November.  I was informed by Cruise Critic support that their email notifications to me were being blocked by ATT mail.  I suspect this may have happened with some Zoom email notifications for online classes which i used to receive regularly, as I requested.  These suddenly stopped coming last November, around the same time as the Cruise Critic notifications stopped coming.  We also are signed up for USPS Informed Delivery.  My husband was receiving the email previews of our physical mail being delivered that day, until this suddenly stopped around March or April.  I suspect ATT mail is also blocking these.

It is very frustrating to not receive emails which we are expecting at all.  Even if they were sent to spam, we could retrieve them.  But if they are blocked, we have no way to know if the business we are emailing with is being unresponsive, or if ATT is blocking these.  Please help.
