eMail Previews and downloads not working att webmail on edge or chrome
eMail Previews and downloads are not working on att webmail on edge or chrome - in all cases. I noticed that on the box below the email that has information about the download file that there is a down-arrow on top of a line (typically indicating to click on it to download). It does not work.
About an hour ago it was working. In all cases on both browsers the name of the file with a 'download file' hyperlink was there. I have observed this on 2 different computers with both chrome and edge.
Please help.

Hey there @Wooglin77,
We understand your concern and would like to point you in the right direction.
As this is an ongoing issue try switching the email on your work computer to the BASIC version to see if it works.
If you click on the Settings link in the top right corner of your email screen, in the left-hand column on the linked page, you should see a "switch to Basic mail".
