I all of a sudden can't download attachments in an email

Same with me.  I cannot download attachments to emails which seems to have happened today.  I also cannot print emails.

Same with me. Mine is a business email account and just today I have been unable to download attachments or print emails. However, if I forward the emails to my personal email account, I download them and print them--from the same computer. I called my company IT support and had them verify that it is not something on my computer, it is the email that has something wrong with it. My email ends in @bellsouth.net. Please assist, Ann

Having the same issue. Tried all the usual steps to fix.

So, I read some other comments which suggested changing the email settings from "standard" to "basic" and that worked. [Settings, More settings, and about 2/3 down the list you will see "change to Basic".] I can now download attachments and print. I hope AT&T steps up their customer service and repairs the issue rather than having their customers fend for themselves. All of us are not software specialists, but we are business people who need access to our email.

Try switching to basic mail until they fix it.
