Link old at&t email to new currently email

I lost my old emails when I created a new currently email. The information I have received indicated they are not able to link the two because they are "adding more accounts that can be combined and to try again later". This is the 6th day that I have tried to resolve this on my own by trying everything I can think of find these emails. Who do I ask, what do I ask, what do I do to find my emails?

We're happy to help with recovering your lst email, @mmdoutt.

We have information on how to restore missing emails. Before doing this, keep in mind:

  • We can only restore emails from the past 7 days.
  • You can’t cancel a restore request.
  • Restoration efforts aren’t always successful.
  • Recovered emails go into the same folders they were in on the restore date you pick. Check your trash folder if you can’t find them after the restoration.
  • You should back up any important emails received or sent in the past 7 days.

Try this and let us know what happens.

@mmdoutt   Ignore Elmi.  🙄

You created an email account that ends with @currently.com, is that right?  That's a completely independent email account from your @att.net account.  There's no way to "combine" them just as you couldn't combine a Gmail account and a Yahoo account.

Are you not able to log into your att.net account?  Can you outline exactly how you try and do that and what error messages you get?

I will try this restoration, but my issue is where is my old address? Is it not possible to combine the old address and the new address? My gmail address combined.  Am I never going to be able to use my old address or is new currentley.com the only at&t address that will be recognized? I have had the old address for many years and there must be 100's of contacts.

The question is: Is there not a way to combine at&t email accounts?

Like I said, ignore Elmi.  That "restoration" is for when you log into your email account and emails are missing.

Your "old" address is right where it's always been.  Again, please explain how you are trying to access it.

Are you using an email client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo mobile email app, etc?) or using a web browser to read your email?

I'm attempting to restore my email, but I'm concerned about the whereabouts of my old address. Is it feasible to merge the old and new addresses, perhaps by combining my Gmail address? Also visit website: https://frpbypassapp.com . Will I lose access to my old address forever, or will the new address, currently.com, be the sole recognized AT&T address? I've relied on my old address for years and have numerous contacts associated with it. Is there a method to consolidate AT&T email accounts?

Same issue happened with me and I had nothing to do, so I have created the new one. But lucky me i had also an email backup account.

Losing access to old emails can be stressful, especially when they contain important information. Since you've encountered issues with linking your old AT&T email to your new Currently email, and the suggested solution from the service is to wait while they add more accounts for combining. Also Call AT&T Customer Support at 800-288-2020. Explain your situation clearly and request assistance in recovering your old emails.
