Manage Sub-Accounts - This subaccount is linked to a user ID. You don't have permission to edit the password.

I'm trying to edit a sub account. When I select 'Edit' I get this banner at the bottom of the window.

'This subaccount is linked to a user ID. You don't have permission to edit the password.'

I've tried everything - Link accounts, New password, New user I.D., on the phone for hours with customer support.

Nothing. I've tried to search the net to find answers... still nothing.
