Move to folder/delete behind move

How to move an email from the inbox to a sub-folder and delete the inbox folder automatically?

Hi @mpbarber! We completely understand your concern regarding service outage, and would like to help. Let's get the assistance you require.

You can try the below mentioned steps:

Customize folders and subfolders

To create a new:

  • Folder - Select New Folder and enter the folder name.
  • Subfolder - Select the folder, the down arrow, and then Create subfolder.

Or, if you want to:

  • Rename a folder or subfolder - Select the folder or subfolder, the down arrow, and then Rename folder.
  • Delete a folder or subfolder - Select the folder or subfolder, the down arrow, and then Delete folder.

You can also check Use folders and filters to organize your email for more information.

Let us know if this helps.

Hi @mpbarber! Let's get the doubt taken care of.

There is currently no option to set up automatic email removal. For emails in your regular inbox that are 30 days old or more, you'll need to go in and delete them manually. If you'd like, you can go through and mark the unwanted emails as spam. When they are marked as spam and routed to that folder, they will be automatically deleted after 30 days.

Let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
