New emails go directly to 'Trash' folder instead of 'Inbox'
My new emails go directly to the Trash folder instead of the Inbox. I have no idea why. It started when we took a trip out of state 3 years ago. I don't see anything in Settings to address it. How can I get new emails directed to the Inbox like they should be?

If you do not see "Settings *" in the upper right, but instead see the text "Switch to the Standard Version of AT&T Yahoo Mail", click on that text, then click on Settings *.

Filters
I have the same problem only the emails are going into Archive. I tried this and many other suggestions, but when I select the settings icon (gear) I DO NOT get an option for "filters". Other suggestions said to select settings, then more settings to get to the filters option - again, I don't have a "more settings" option. HELP!

Thanks for writing back to us @Dewsmom.
We get it and let's point you in the right direction.
Double-check your email settings first, then try log in on another device or browser to see if that helps.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you.

Well, I logged in through another browser, and still no "filters" or "more settings". Any other ideas?

Yeah!!! It worked!! After three months of struggling my inbox issue is finally solved! Of course in the meantime I had to change my password and now need to update it on my phone and tablet, but the end of my problem is in sight!
Thank you, thank you, thank you
