Not receiving all emails
For the past 2 weeks I have not been receiving all of my emails. Some people have let me know they are getting a bounce back when they try to email me. Others are just saying that have emailed and I don't receive it or I receive it a few days later. People are also not receiving some emails that I have sent. There seem to be a lot of forum questions asking about this so the problem is not unique to my email address. What is att doing to resolve the issue?

My wife is also having this problem. She is using Apple Mail on her iPhone and iPad. Both of the devices are very new and both are at the latest system level. I have a different oauth code for each device, which is what some AT&T person told me to do. I'm a 40 year computer professional, so I'm good at this stuff. I'm using IMAP/SMTP servers and I've set up the server names, paths, and ports as directed by AT&T. About once a week, she won't receive an email from a friend, but is alerted to its absence since another friend replies to it and she sees the friends reply. She'll never get the original email. The original email originated on aol, and the reply was also on aol. Last week, she didn't get an email from a friend using gmail. Actually, I recently switched her over to Apple mail, she had been using the Outlook app on both those devices, and she was experiencing a lot of missing emails. I couldn't figure why that was happening, so I switched her to Apple mail earlier this week out of sheer desperation.
If you find a way to mitigate this problem, please post it here. I'll do the same.
