Add me to the "Something's Gone Wrong" error. Cannot Login to email.
I've been getting this for 3 days. I cannot login to email via any browser (firefox, chrome, safari, or in any incognito modes). The only way I can access is through the mail app on my iphone.
Please ATTHelp do not tell me to do these things...because I already have, and they didn't work:
-Cannot create secure mail key because i can't freaking login, duh
-Flush DNS, no bueno
-Reset my router, no change
-Reset my password, surprisingly didn't work
-Deleted cookies and browsing data, no go
-I am not connect via wifi, but via ethernet, so not a wifi issue.
-Did attempt to connect via wifi as well, same result
-Attempted to call ATT as well as chat with ATT...both had walked me through these steps which resolved nothing.
Here's the error, as you already know:
