All Att emails blocked from sendgrid
When someone signs up through our website an email is sent to confirm Thier account through sendgrid. All emails that belong to ATT or bellsouth are getting blocked by the server at ATT and sending me back error messages. I have emailed the account listed in the error and called support and can't get anywhere with getting my address whitelisted so email can be sent to ATT customers. Please help!!

Hi @Antares! We completely understand your concern regarding emails blacked from sendgrid, and would like to help. Let's get the assistance you require.
There are several reasons on why you might not be receiving email from a specific user. Please check on the below steps:
You may have blocked either their email address or domain extensions (for example, com, org, net). Check if you have the Blocked Addresses feature enabled:
Heads up: You could've block a whole domain if you do not enter a valid email address. Check all blocked addresses listed.
If no erroneous blocks were found, or no blocked addresses exist, check the filters. You may have created email filters.
Also, please try resetting your password as this could help resolving the issue.
Let me know how it goes.
For further assistance we're here to assist you.
Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums!

ATT,
I don't have the address blocked in sendgrid. I am getting this error on all Att and bellsouth.net domains when sendgrid tries to send to them.

I have forwarded these emails for over a week now to the listed address with no luck.
It seems I need ATT to whitelist my domain?

ATT,
Just double checked...
We have nothing blocked or filterd. These are for confirmation emails to login to the site that are getting blocked. Every domain works out of the thousands of users except bellsouth.net and att.net

Still no response? I've called so many 800 numbers with no help. Can someone at ATT address this?
There are so many posts regarding the same thing.
