As of yesterday, I am unable to log into my att.net email on both my laptop and my iPhone.

Below is the message I receive each time I try to sign in; what is going wrong here? "Something's gone wrong We may be having trouble with your connection. Connecting your device to Wi-Fi could help fix the issue or try again later."

Hi @peteraspeer,

We understand and would like to point you in the right direction.

The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns. To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page, and choose the best option to reach out to us. You can call, chat, or reach out via social media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support. If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums,

James, AT&T Community Specialist.

I do not believe my issue is account specific. This same problem occurred when my wife tried to log into her @att.net email account. This seems to be wide spread, and we'd be most grateful if you would look into this wider problem.

I did originally contact AT&T directly, and found that exercise less than helpful. So I would appreciate your attention and focus on what is apparently a wider issue larger than just my single account.

Thank you in advance.

As of yesterday morning, service has been restored. Thanks to whomever made the fix. Let's hope we never see a repeat.
