AT&T Email Subaccount Not Resetting
I have long had a primary AT&T email and several subaccounts. All occasionally ask to update their passwords and everything worked fine until last week. Of course it was my wife's account (one of the subaccounts) that refused to accept the answers I have always used to reset the password. I put the security answers in and the system freezes and will go no further. I have cleared the cache on my main browser and used an alternative browser with the same result. All other subaccounts work and reset fine - only this one. Can someone please help me reset the password for this one subaccount to make my wife happy again?
