Attempting to log into my sbcglobal.net account & receiving error, can't even change password per KB article recommendations

sbcglobal.net account suddenly stopped working today. receiving the following error

Unable to restore access at this time

We don’t have the account details needed to restore access.

Have been trying for the past 2 hours with no success. Called support & they were unable to help. Can anyone help restore this email account?
