Can't access old pacbell.net email address

I really need help getting access to my old pacbell.net email. I am having so much trouble trying to get access again and no one is able to help me! Yahoo says its AT&T and AT&T says I should be able to access. The loop is insane at this point. Can someone please help me finally resolve this issue, please?

I'm able to log in. However, it takes me to the AT&T account. I don't stay in Currently.com and can't see my email.

Hi @tdullye,

We understand and would like to point you in the right direction.

The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns. To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page, and choose the best option to reach out to us. You can call, chat, or reach out via social media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support. If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for contacting AT&T Community Forums,

James, AT&T Community Specialist.

Sorry, but this help is clearly not helpful.  I lost access to this account from my email app on my computer. around June 15, 2024.  I guess it must be time to cut my last remaining ties to PacBell.net.  I went through all the steps outlined above with no success.  ByeBye
