Can't access Yahoo mail on my iMac

For 2 days I've been unable to access my Yahoo mail on my iMac.  I get this message "Something's gone wrong.  We may be having trouble with your connection. Connecting your device to Wi-Fi could help fix the issue or try again later....."

My iMac is connected to my router with a cable.  I have no clue how to connect it to WiFi, despite researching it on the net.  My other apps are working fine.  Help!

Access is okay on my iPhone and iPad.

Thanks.  I'll try this for future reference.  I switched from Safari to Firefox for my browser which seems to have solved my problem for now.
