Can't get new secure mail key

Last Friday Outlook stopped being able to pick up emails from swbell.net.  I need a new secure mail key.  Because of my location right now, the only ATT account I have is the email account except for the DirecTV account.  DirecTV has been sold and the email is managed by Yahoo.  When I try to sign in to create a new secure mail key, I just get DirecTV.

I tried following MikeW57's solution.  It doesn't work for me.

Help please.

Thank  you.  When I look at the Contact Us page the first step is to choose a service.  Email isn't listed.
